In-store
Exchange or Credit Note can be requested within 14 days of the purchase, this excludes preowned Items, special orders, bespoke creations, earrings or any other body piercings.
Online
Exchange, Credit Note or Refund can be requested by emailing info@villagejewellers.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, this excludes preowned items, special orders, bespoke jewellery, earrings or any other body piercings.
Goods must then be returned within a further 14 days. A refund will then be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Conditions
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse. Items must be unworn, unsized, in perfect condition and be returned with any point of sale in which it was sold with such as paperwork, box and any gift with purchase.
Please be aware that refunds for purchases made using 3rd party tender types e.g. insurance cards, may not be possible on the same day. If this is the case, we will advise you and keep you updated with the progress.
By request
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, goods made by request may not be returned. We do not keep stock of these items and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the store in which you ordered the item from.
Please note
When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order. We reserve the right to refuse the request for exchange, credit note or refund if the conditions are not met.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver in 3 working days. For items under £50.00 delivery costs are £50.00. Free delivery over for items over £50.00
